I had my Friday night junk dinner almost 4000 per one meal I surprise myself at the time. How much I can eat if I want to. I eat whatever I want but just on one meal one day a week I made notes to remember every temptation that I had during the week, but surprisingly I can't eat everything from the list. This is the rule of Piere Dukane Diet that I keep last 2 months. I feel a little bit guilty after nights like this. But I love food I can't look at food like fuel. I love emotional eating with my friends but this is the reason that I dieting before I mustn't forget it.

Diet Calendar Entries for 21 May 2010:
4077 kcal Fat: 216.73g | Prot: 143.52g | Carb: 432.77g.   Breakfast: Gelatin Powder (Unsweetened), coconut, strawberry, cherry, yogurt, oat barn, baking soda, egg, curd, yogurt, granny smith. Lunch: chicken stock, chicken breasts. Dinner: popcorn microwave, french croissant apple, macadamia, Southern Pecan Cake (10"). Snacks/Other: black tea, coffee, milk. more...

LOL! A jump of 5.3 pounds in one day reminds me of myself. We are "bouncers" and there are many of us on Fatsecret. 4000 calories is a lot for a little girl like you but, I understand what you are saying. If I let myself go I can easily eat 8,000 calories in a single day. :-) I agree with jessy that you look great and your chart clearly shows how disciplined you are. Keep up the good work!
