i am a sweaty mess and i love it.
the more i sweat when i work out the happier i am!! i wasn't going to go crazy with the cardio today because im still a bit under the weather but i just couldn't stop, i pushed myself a little more on the elliptical and treadmill.
Was going to do no more trouble zones dvd.. but nah. maybe tomorrow.
