Anyone on here not following keto or low carb?
132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me! I'm not keto or low carb. I just count my calories, eat *mostly fat and protein* and exercise :-) I love my carbs, though!

I am not doing high protein. I am not a meat lover. I do try to eat less carbs. For me, it about the calories so I do watch my carbohydrates and fat.

Me! Trying to stay on the low nickel for my nickel allergy. Which consists of a lot of protein, small variety of fruits and veggies.

Me! I'm interested in changing my diet in a way that I will want to continue for life. I want to make a lifestyle change that is sustainable and not just to lose weight in the short term. I think it's working! Yay!

not doing keto either. doing some low carb meals daily but usually only one and cautious about what carbs in general, but mostly watching calories. I don't get enough and it's thought to be part of my issue with body resisting weight loss. doing strength training and working on boosting metabolism with right # of calories and supplements.

I am not doing keto or fasting. I eat a 'balanced' diet. Essentially nothing is off the table. I make sure that I am having healthy amounts of fats carbs and protein while staying in a certain calorie range. I am choosing the numbers based on my weight and using info about what is a healthy amount from mainstream dietitian type sites on the internet.
