Started with a new physical therapist today. She is going to see if she can get my insurance to increase my allowed visits for this year since my knee replacement took up so many of my allowed visits.
At her suggestion I have also raised my goal weight. Since it's easy to change on here she thinks that reaching a goal will do wonders for my self esteem. Shes also promising that when she sends me home after my last visit I will knowa number of exercises to increase my range of motion even on days I'm not feeling 100%. I'm sitting here saying holy crap, she actually understands!
