I'm losing slowly but surely. It averages out to 1# a week. I'd rather lose 2 or 3 pounds a week, but I see how much effort I put in to losing the 1# weekly - so I'll take it. The main thing is that I'm not gaining or stuck, I AM LOSING. I'm now back to 142#s. The reason I say back to is because when I saw my doctor in Nov. 2006 I weighed 142 and she told me to lose 10#s by my next visit is May 2007. Instead of losing 10#s I gained 10#s. So she told me not to come back in November unless I at least lost the 10#s I gained. I want to surprise her and weigh in at 130 #s when I see her again. I CAN DO IT!
