3.5 months in, calories doubled, 20# gained, BF up 8%... I've lost a little definition, but I'm actually looking thicker finally! Score!

Idk what I'm racing too, I am currently confused on what is happening. Up almost 6 pounds but look leaner and I'm filling out a large shirt. Even my bro who doesn't ever comment said I was looking good. Pretty happy right now and that is saying a lot for someone who suffers slightly from bigorexia haha. My goal is to keep getting more ripped and I will stick with 4k calories until I I look visibly fat and if my weight lifting belt gets too tight. Baby steps.

I started going really heavy on leg presses and stopped running so I suspect I am gaining old muscle back in my legs. They are going from runner's legs to looking more symmetrical with my upper body. Has to be it.

Getting rid of the chicken legs? I like leg presses, I just can't get down like I used to for squats or if do them more. Luckily my legs have always have been massive lifting or not.

Comes with the weight. That is one thing my workout partner has on me. Slightly bigger legs/calves due to being 280 pounds at one point. My heaviest was around 220.

And that ass never worked legs ever. LOL. I used to squat 500 for 8 reps and even then my legs never got huge. Aesthetic enough, but not tree trunks like I wanted lol.

#diablo I like cutting purely because I'm good at it hahahaha. I'm putting a tonne of weight back on at the moment I'm sure most of it is fat and not muscle though 😣 I'll start another cut early next year hopefully it's as successful as my first one was

I do love the results I am seeing on my cut but I love food so if I can eat a bit more, I'm happier, haha! But yeah, this is left side right side brain stuff haha

I really am struggling with the food bit now. Once I used to live to eat now I get 0 enjoyment out of food. Not even kidding but I can't remember the last time I ate something I enjoyed just for the sake of eating enjoyable food. My idea of treating myself is 100g of almonds lmao I hope it never changes but I'm sure it will. Just right now food genuinely is just fuel It's easy to not cheat if you don't feel like your missing out hahahaha.
