Yesterday I went out to Olive Garden with my Sisters😏.. and Had a blast !!I didn’t want to go at first because I knew I was going to be tempted to binge my fast... but turns out I got me a garden salad andactually enjoyed it with a side of grilled chicken🤞🏽 I had discipline I know I can do this diet and turn into a lifestyle !
