A fairly useless couple of weeks. Have had a few indulgent snacks (mostly alcohol) and haven't been down the gym for a week! But still lost 2 lbs (somehow!). Am trying to vary my diet a little more, still avoiding carbs in the evening at least every other day to give myself a change. Seems to be working. Let's see how next week goes. Changed my workout this week to running twice and a x-trainer fat burn to vary it up - hopefully the inches will start dropping off too!
