I'm going to try and up my calories to 1700. I haven't lost a significant amount of weight in a long long time, and I was talking with a friend last night in the same situation. It worked for her and it can't hurt, so... here we go! Having a banana and peanut butter with breakfast.

One high day and then some low shouldn't hurt you one bit!! Keep on keepin on and be patient!! One to two lbs a week is perfect! YOU can DO IT!!

I've also heard that there is a lot of success with having a high day and then follow it with a coupl lows.. and they keep doing that. doesn't work for me, but it seems to work for lots of others. Good luck!
