Today is my first day on this site. I am hoping that I will be able to loose some, well a lot, of weight with some support of women who understand me.
My weight today is 209.
I've joined the "fat flush" because I'm interested in learning about fasting and detox, but I'm not sure that this is the right spot.
I've found that this site is a little hard to navigate.

We will see.

Welcome and good luck. Having people around that are encouraging and supportive is half the battle. This is a great place to start.
