I don't count carbs but will usually put 1 cup of brussels sprouts in a stir fry. Only 4.38 net carb grams and 3.3 fiber grams. Healthy! Like it best stir fried in olive oil with a couple strips of bacon, that's how I was first able to eat them. Used to hate them. Eventually I was able to eat them without the bacon.

Try cutting them in half and grill them.....hubby eats them like candy....

LOL! You guys! I agree, the carbs from veggies are okay cause of the fiber and nutrients and .... they are good, too. ;)
