Going to have more activity at least, and fewer opportunities to graze. Starting my fall clinical rotation shortly, on a rehab floor, working with people who've had strokes, knee replacements, and other sorts of issues that require them to spend some time in the hospital before heading back home, and my precepting nurse has let me know she won't be 'easing me in', it's full patient contact 12 hour shifts from day 1. So at least on those days, my BMR will be up a fair amount, no time for my usual sitting around in front of a computer. I should get back to logging too, so let's get to it...
