Tummy not quite back to the good place. Had to back off and revert back to Special K and Fiber One bars. Hesitant to eat apple!

Went camping one night and goodness the unseasonably hot weather. Much warmer than we would ever consider tent camping in. Slept more due to just exhausted! No hiking (except to the bathhouse which was up a steep incline). No painting of waterfall. Just could not really be outside or inside tent without breaking a sweat. Just totally kicked my butt! Yesterday came home, stayed up and then bed early. Slept 10 hours I kid you not! So tonight will be getting in some flat stomach exercise! And see what else I can work up for myself!

Also did not get in enough water over the weekend either, so that also added to the dehydration and exhausted self.
