I'm finally gettin serious about my diet. I love the low carb way of eating....I just get swayed from time to time. I have a dinner with my family on Saturday night and scared what they will prepare....so may not ba able to stick on that night....will do my best. I'm trying to walk more and do alittle more exercise. My middle is my problem...not really my weight.....I just have to be under 130.
