Ugh! I'm switching over to South Beach. Although I did well at keeping down the sugar intake, I think I also need to cut the carbs out as well. I'm going to try South Beach for a week or two, phase 1, to see if I don't get better results.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
