It is frozen banana , I save them in the freezer before they go bad, plain oatmeal, frozen mixed berries, coffee with milk and a little homemade strawberry shake 😋

Ohhh good idea! I thought it was cinnamon. My grandma would sprinkle cinnamon sugar on bananas and toast 😍

I put a little bit of it , on my coffee and oatmeal , I am not too creative with my food haha
