Ok, so I didn't lose weight. Should I be upset? Normally, I would. This time around it’s more about how I feel than what that stupid evil scale says! For the 1st time in my adult life, I am starting to feel healthy. So what the scale didn’t move. The silver lining is I lost 7.75 inches. That includes losing inches in the place that inches really need to be lost. LOL! And I lost half a percent body fat. I gotta be doing something right. Right? Honestly, the inches have been more of a motivation for me than the scale (for more than just obvious reasons. lol.) Even when the scale doesn’t budge or slings the direction I don’t want it to go, I’m still seeing results. It may just be an inch here or an inch there but it’s still less than it was before. Have I mentioned that scales SUCK?! Damn scale!
228.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The scale is only one way to measure weight loss success. How your clothes look and feel is another. Fat loss is actually more important than the scale because you can be at a low weight and carry too much unhealthy fat. So great job! The scale will move again.
