So far I made it to the gym every day since my recommitment and I have gained more weight. I weighed myself at the gym tonight and was up 3 lbs. I know it is a temporary gain from working out but it still is a little dis-couraging. What is en-couraging is that I am feeling much better during the day and I feel better when I wake up in the morning. So, let's see where this thing leads now. :)
