First entry, eh?
Well, I have the app for my BlackBerry, but it would be nice to also be able to log from the computer. I'm finding the tool quite useful in my weight loss so far.
I live a gluten free life due to an intolerance, so it helps with eating healthy. I started at 194.4 pounds before I found out about my gluten intolerance and changed my habits. Today I sit at 176.6. I work out at a local gym as often as I can, and do have a lot of motivation lately. I know motivation doesn't stick so I'm hoping the use of this site as well as the app keeps me focussed.
Let's see how it goes!
