I almost cheated on my fast when I smelled my husband’s egg rolls at dinner. I went into the bedroom and did ab & arm exercises until he was done eating instead. Then I did some jogging in place until I reached my mile and step goals on Fitbit, while we watched TV.

The temporary satisfaction of yummy food couldn’t compete with the satisfaction of sticking to my diet/fast/exercise plan!
