The closer I get to my goal (lean), the harder and slower it gets! My weight loss has stopped, although I can visually see that I burned fat, especially in my lower abs. More veins are showing up, some in the lower abs, & my bicep veins r popping out more.

I think Ive gained alot of muscle weight, especially in the legs and back (training those huge muscles hard every week). This extra weight might explain the plateau, and Im ok with extra muscle :))

Im thinking of enrolling in a six pack challenge of 10 weeks. I just have to take a pic with newspaper at some point today, then start exercising harder! Well see...
164.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
