Woohoo! I went out with my friends yesterday and that is typically the one time every two weeks where I gain ~10 pounds. This is because Wegman's is delicious. Well, yesterday, instead of getting a hoagie and sushi, I got a giant caesar salad (it probably was enough for 6 people) and some cashew chicken. Instead of gaining ~10 pounds, I actually lost a smidge!
In other news, tomorrow will be one week that I've gone with minimal amounts of caffeine. I had one cup of coffee on Friday and other than that, I'm free. My withdrawal headaches have stopped.
