Well I guess I really really like losing the same 5 or6 lbs over and over again. :P I am back at 221 I have been off the wagon since mothers day.. I went on vacation to visit my friend from Tenn. I dont get to see her very often and this was the first time I was away from my kids.. I have never been away from my daughter and she will be four next month. My son is 5 and the last time I was away from him he was 9 months old.. and that was only for 36 hours.. so I was foot loose and fancy free for a long weekend.. I ate with reckless abandon and I started my period. SO now all of my pants are snuggish and I am back on track.. my back is kinda giving me fits.. so I keep telling myself that I need to not eat garbage so I can loose weight and exercise to help my back. I need to get fired up.. I have not been fired up in a while. I have to just keep going till the excitment hits me again.
