I am seeing changes physically and I know my body composition is changing, but just bouncing around in the 370s on the scale since Sept 17 is a disheartening site. Today it broke from the pattern and went lower even though I ate more yesterday than I normally do. Hope this means there is a vwoosh coming!!!
