Weighing in early because meeting a friend in a few hours and my weight will go up and won’t rectify by weighing in Monday we will see what I’m like next Monday at moment I have just reached my first secondary target but that will be wiped out by tomorrow not too upset because when I reach my goal these things will happen all the time
