It’s amazing how you can see it through pictures as I was shocked when I saw how I looked before loosing the 54 pounds in just my face pics and you look great Nikki

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Sometimes I don’t feel beautiful but I don’t let those negative feelings get to me. I keep picturing myself at my dream weight and wearing a cute little outfit lol might be shallow but it’s motivating. I am also doing it to be a role model for My daughter :) 

You’re really pretty Nikki and photogenic-you’re so lucky as I take horrible pictures but you really take lovely pics 

I still feel big Dzemsta and not so attractive but I have to try to get rid of those feelings. I know your struggle cause it’s similar to mine 

From someone on the outside looking in and seeing your pic Nikki you have lost a lot of weight and it shows in your picture. You are beautiful and look amazing! 

Its hard because we see ourselves every day so we dont see the change. But you look great.
