Picadillo de culantro silvestre, today was the day of cooking 😅, this picadillo has onion, paprika and wild coriander that we pick it right here in the mountain. Chop everything small and season with olive oil, salt and a little soy sauce without sugar.

Thank you all! 💪😅 00Marx00 I live in a jungle mountain in Venezuela, my friends say that I live in Jumanji Lol, but in a few weeks I'll move to Spain, to another mountain, and I will certainly miss my wild coriander.

I haven't been to Spain yet but will someday. I had several of my art students from Spain. A friend's husband has a coffee farm in Oaxaca and they grow coriander as a cover crop to control weeds. They had no idea that coriander seeds are more per pound than than the coffee. Now they harvest both. :)

Isn’t the internet amazing? Being able to chit-chat with someone living in another country, on top of a mountain just like they were next door. Are you a native of Venezuela? Why are you moving to Spain? What part of Spain?

Hello Kenna, the internet is definitely amazing hehe. I am not a native of Venezuela, although I have lived most of my life here, I feel like a native of the planet Lol, I am British, daughter of Italian with Spanish, I have also lived in Spain, Italy and England, although my English is not very good I try not to make many grammatical mistakes. I am going to Spain to help a friend with her olive farm, here I have a small farm with 6000 small and young coffee plants but I am bankrupt, the situation is very difficult and I am really an artist and my work here is worthless. So I'm leaving with hopes for a better life 😁
