“Day 1: I stopped to say hello on 5th Avenue!” For those that get the joke follow me.

So I pulled out my old mountain bike, I haven’t ridden it in 10 years. I swore I was going to do this for my kids, after being on the bike (sucking wind) I realized I’ve gotta so this for me; or I may not get into this and fail.

Here I am in all my glory, 245 lbs. when a mere 10 years ago, at 30, I was a very handsome 285.

I’m going to get there...we all are going to achieve our goal.

We are successful individuals. We can’t allow ourselves to be come failures in controlling our weight loss, self esteem, and value.
