The diet is Aok, & the calf is on the mend. Cycled to the gym in the pouring rain & had a great workout. Cycled & walked home due to the breaks not working in the rain.
Edit: I am managing to do 10 mins on the ski machine easy now. One month ago a struggled to do 2 mins.
Getting stronger.
