I have been doing so well and working so hard for the past couple of weeks to eat healthily and exercise. I had a particularly rough and depressing day today... and I went straight to wine and Ben and Jerry’s. I tell myself that it’s just one day and to just be better about it tomorrow- but I can’t help but feel disappointed with myself. Anyone out there also eat their feelings? 😕
