I think the pound I gained may be at least partially muscle weight. I am very proud of my exercise lately. The only problem is that it ate some of my meditation time, and I need to make time for that, too. I have a lot of homework to catch up on, and there is also a hurricane about to pass by, so I don't have much time to chat, but I wish all my buddies a wonderful day and wonderful eating and exercise!

gratitude not living in Haiti or other place where tragedies are a daily fact of life my MIL visiting soon (yes, really!) hurricane day off work tomorrow - time to do stuff I was otherwise so worried about findng time for actual hurricane shifting west so as to not pose danger so much as excitement growing muscles hair long enough to wear a ponytail sleep compliments getting a walk in during the drizzles before the hurricane gets too close a friendly moment with the property mgr my hubby's good mood his support brussel sprouts
