Today's Exercise: 5 Rounds of the following exercises back to back with a one minute rest between each round: Jumping Jacks (24 secs.) Mountain Climbers (24 secs.) Drop Squat (24 secs.) Squat Kicks (24 secs.) High Knees (24 secs.) Jump Lunges (24 secs.) Seal Jacks (24 secs.) I was supposed to do 7 rounds but I could only do 5. I will have to build up to 7. Good news! I finally got into a pair of size 10 jeans! I can't wait to get into an 8. I know I will get there if I keep doing what Im doing.
