LCHF is making me sick, and I'm not losing weight.
I have no gallbladder, and the fat is seriously affecting me.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hi, maybe a change in diet is what you need? After years of dieting & failing for what ever reason, I now do things my way & for the first time ever I feel great & the weight is dropping off. Healthy eating & exercise is all I have changed. Good luck in your goal.
