thursday my husband asked me to pick up fried chicken (my favorite) so I cheated and had a leg, small amount of potatoes and gravy and a few fries. Friday to celebrate my nephews birthday we took him to eat at Ryans where I cheated greatly. Then Saturday we gave him a party where I had a lean burger, a few chips with cheese, cake & ice cream. So I am starting over today making it an apple day.
182.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
