Ugh..so I ate out again today, Chinese food this time. I tried to get the healthiest items they had but really the sesame chicken had barely any chicken in it, it was all batter! How can they get away with selling that? I worked out again today so I'm hoping the damage won't be too bad when I go weigh in tomorrow.

good luck, i did that and the salt almost did me in lol. but chinese is my weakness so i feel your pain. good luck and stay strong you are doing great.

my fav was always the rice noodle bowls...man I haven't had one in soooo long!!!

Japenese is my weakness!! I absolutely love it. I still go about once a month but the salt does do me in for a few days.
