Doing the Blood Sugar Solution Diet by Mark Hyman MD. I am trying to lose weight and control inflammation. I have been on it for 7 days and lost 4+ lbs. My arthritis in the joints in my feet is reduced.

Ht 5'1.5" weight 187. Gastric sleeve 5 years ago. The weight creeps back on if I am not careful. Goal is around 165 for now. Doing a low carb, good fats are good, vegetables and meat diet.

Linda, I'm 5' 1.5 too, currently 173.5, but working on it! Trying Keto, doing beef & butter challenge this week. May be the last time I try that one -- not enough carbs to keep BS stable.

Yes, that diet has helped me with the arthritis pain in my fingers too. Still have a couple knuckles that are too big on my left hand but don't have that pain I had a couple months ago. Amazing what a change in diet has done. All those nutrients in the veggies has done wonders. Gotta keep on knitting and crocheting... now without the pain.
