Well, I've been off the "whites" since Sunday and I feel pretty good, esp. since I have had the flu the whole time. My trick has been to drink a glass of water everytime I feel like snacking. So I've upped my water intake and decreased my snacking. I was down 4 lbs. this morning, but I'm going to wait til Sunday to record a weigh in so it'll have been one week. We'll see where I'm at then. I convinced a good friend (who lives halfway across the country from me)to start the same time I am with the Flush. It'll be fun to do it together. I'm hoping to feel well enough to get in a walk today - I'm really missing getting outside. I'm sure my dog would appreciate it too!!
