hey its like five thirty eight here in ny and im tired, just looking for some recipes to make for myself so i can lose some pound before school starting... i have been following cassey ho (also known as blogilates) on youtube and her workouts are just super fun and i can already feel my muscle toning :) neways i just want to look unflabby so... here i begin.. i must eat less than 1500 cals and drink like 4Liters of water er'dayyy! soo... wish me luck :)
