Well the scale's teasing again, no difference this morning. I have a hunch why though..I didn't really get enough fiber, had too much salt and I didn't drink nearly enough water or even liquid yesterday. Bad combination.. It's not for lack of adherence to the diet because I had a lower cal day yesterday. It's alright, tommorow's will be better. I really gotta fight for these last few pounds!

Diet Calendar Entries for 11 March 2008:

Congratulations on all the weight lost and sticking with better spirits and evaluating your habits. Have you seen changes in other areas aside from the scale? More strength, more energy, smaller measurements?

Hey, did I hear you say that you REALLY HAVE TO FIGHT for the last few pounds?? LOL. I've been saying that for months! Finally, there's someone on this site that can relate to my frustrations of those last few pounds! :)
