2 weeks. only 1 day with any errors. otherwise, things have been going pretty well. on the whole i feel good now, much better than the first week. i wouldn't say energetic exactly, but definitely much better. i think i am going to stay with induction for another 2 weeks, because of the slip the other day, and also i haven't felt big changes. though, my goal today is to find a scale somewhere so i can have a better idea of where i'm at.

Great job, always. Find a scale, I think you may be pleasantly surprised. But you need one of your own, so tha you can always weigh on the same day, same time, and in the same place. let us know how you did, please. I am on induction, and have been since January 24th. I will stay on induction until I am 30 pounds from my goal weight. Good luck.
