今天是低碳生酮滿三個月的日子 從72.8-67.8 體脂35.2%-30.8% 對酮類們來說,確實不算快。 但我很開心,自己可以慢慢瘦,而且是自己可以控制的瘦。 今天大暴走吃了我最愛的鮪魚飯團和鮭魚飯團,晚上又喝了滿滿油脂的雞湯,彌補這陣子鹽分攝取不足的身體,當然我會在努力在加油,謝謝自己謝謝家人支持。
