So I am 1 wk post hemrrhoid surgery. Feeling a bit better, tired and not really wanting to eat much.

I don't think I am going to be able to start working out again until next week sometime, which makes me upset to put a hault on my weight loss, but i know if i keep watch of what i am eating i should be ok.

Take it day by day. It is a life long journey, not a sprint!!

I am glad you are feeling better. I can relate to the frustration about your workouts. I developed shin splints last week and now I can't do any of the jump rope or jogging that I was doing until my legs heal. Im disappointed because I had this grand plan of adding significantly more of that type of cardio to my workouts. I will just have to alter my workout routine until I heal up. I don't know much about hemorrhoid surgery, but Im sure it's not fun! Rest up and I hope you heal up quickly. Have a good day!
