End of week of week 12 of Medifast and I can finally do my DANCE! I am in the 340's!!!! I have not seen the 340's for over 2 years. I realize the lower I go and the better I feel, the more anxious I am to see what the 330's hold, and the 320's, and so forth! Altho I know I will have my ups and downs, I am excited to know that I have defeated the 350's and FINALLY got out of that wirlwind of back in forth in the 350s. I also just finished putting the finishing touches on my low carb/low calorie strawberry cheesecake that my husband and I creatred together in inspiration of the regular one we did for mother's day. I have not tasted it yet, but I must say it looks and smells deliciously forbidden. The regular low cal/low carb one has about 20g carbs and the strawberry low cal/low carb one has about 25g carb per slice. What a treat. I will be eating one slice a day without ruining my medifast diet....now thats success! Now I have a rematch with the 340's and I guarentee I will win! Next week goal is to see below 347.
