The last 2 days havent been that great, ate way more than I should have and have a nasty cold, still managed to get in a bit of workout last night though. Bloated from the salt and crap at the mongolion grill. I have a hard time staying away from those noodles!! But, I am officially in a size ten jeans, almost in single digits! woo hoo :)
