I did it. 30 minutes HIIT with weights, 15 minutes weighted burnout, 5 minutes ab burnout, cool down and stretched. Workout done ✅ Ps. I don’t sweat, I sparkle.

Hahaha! Keith, that’s something we say at the dance studio and the Snapchat filter was appropriate. Kinda like when you call grey hair “silver”! Lol! I was definitely sweaty though, not gonna lie.
