Weekly weigh in progress#16 BF 38.4% (-1.6lbs) The past week has been a struggle and adjustment period. Trying to get my elimination system working correctly and has caused some constipation issues and disturbed sleep. Also because of this, I only exercised twice last week. I think I have it sorted out now though. Today starts a new week. Somehow I still managed to lose weight so I guess I can't complain.
