today was interesting. I definitely had allergy symptoms yesterday which carried over today. the publix ribeyes were tasteless and probably old and higher in histamines. So when I tried a fresher sirloin today and had the same issue I decided to check out sam's club. they have some good deals and the meat was processed today. so I grabbed a package of three steaks and will be testing tomarrow. I was bad all day, had my coffee 3 times. I figured I was all foggy anyways so I might as well enjoy myself. I grabbed a roasted chicken when I was there too and the highly spiced chicken really finished the job.
tomarrow I will start fresh and try to eat clean for the next 10 days. and no coffee!
Eating at maintenance and not only lost my water weight gain, but dropped down another pound. I expect I will be bouncing up and down for a while as I adjust to this new way of eating. Just fatty cuts of beef and water!

ohh I had to laugh. your post could have been me yesterday! I got a chicken, I was so tired, and I figured, I might as well enjoy myself and added cream to my coffee lol. hope this week goes better for us.

nice buzz on for the night! ate more than enough. This is an important part for me. I do better even on rotational things if I eat enough.
