am starting on my new diet today. My goal is to reach 40 pounds lost by summer. I would be happy with 30 pounds lost, but my goal is forty. I am tired of not fitting into the cute clothes I see in the store, and not looking like the rest of my friends who have already lost all the weight they wanted to. I also want to feel good about myself. I have polcycstic ovarian Syndrome that is impeeding on my ability to have children at the present time. My doctor feels that it may begin to go away if I lose some weight.
