after over a year Hiatus I'm back on it again I just logged my first week under my belt and even though my expectations were much higher, reality set in and I am happy with the weight that I logged.
287.4 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 107.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
