I made the mistake today of over eating in a single meal. I had some food in the fridge that needed to get eaten, or tossed. I've said before, after adjusting your diet and sticking with it for a while, the feeling of being full becomes quite uncomfortable.
I felt so bad, it actually scared me a little. In addition to my stomach really hurting, my chest became heavy and I was having to extend effort to maintain a consistent breathing pattern. Finally, I had to just lay down and take a nap for a few hours. Thankfully, feeling better now.
